Jackie Miller is the newest TriChair and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Spirituality Section.

​Jackie is a Speaker, Consultant, President and Founder of J.A. Miller Consulting, LLC, a conflict management, leadership development and team building group. She is an expert in leadership development, conflict resolution, mediation, facilitation, coaching and labour management negotiations. Jackie specializes in serving individuals, court systems and organizations with mediation. Her unique abilities link organizational bottom lines to leadership and team building development, resulting in effective changes. She has worked as a human resource, labour leader, collective bargaining, team building and conflict resolution professional.

Jackie has experience training and presenting to a variety of audiences on conflict resolution, team building, multicultural awareness and cultural diversity. Having an extensive academic background, she is a doctoral candidate in Psychology (PsyD) Organizational/Leadership development with a concentration in mediation and conflict management. Her research and scholarly interests include stress management, mediation, negotiation, workplace bullying, effective communication, team collaboration and team building. She has a passion for youth development, community organizations, human trafficking and human rights. Jackie is a Leading speaker on Workplace Bullying.
